Helping you meet the 2025/26 contract requirements

GPnav supports your practice in delivering consistent care navigation across all access routes, aligning with the ‘Faster Care Navigation, Assessment and Response’ element of the 2025/26 Capacity and Access Improvement Payment (CAIP).

By using GPnav this meets the conditions in the contract, releasing £0.46 per patient in CAIP funding – more than covering the cost of GPnav itself!
