“We have been using GPnav for the last 2 months. It is proving a really positive experience. It allows us to be confident that care navigation is consistent and reliable across our reception staff and helps us to optimise our use of other services – this give patients the best outcomes and ensures that GP appointments are available to those who need them. Setting up workflows and symptoms is intuitive and simple, as is editing them when needed. The ability for reception staff to feedback where a particular symptom/problem isn’t found is particularly useful in prioritising development of new workflows. Response from the GPnav team where we have had questions or needed support has been quick and thorough which we have really appreciated.”
